Maintaining you warranty
For your warranty to remain valid, Daikin require all customers to have their system serviced by an approved partner at least once a year. As a Daikin partner, TEK can offer maintenance contracts that will maintain your warranty and keep your air conditioning in good working order at all times.
Although the minimum requirement is to have your system checked once a year, we recommend a service every six months. This minimises the risk of any faults developing and helps your system stay as efficient as possible, keeping your running costs low.
Using your warranty
If your air conditioning does develop a fault, we will repair it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. Our close relationship with Daikin means we have access to enhanced training so we know their systems as well as anyone does. This means we can resolve problems faster and more effectively with the minimum disruption to you and your organisation.
We also receive additional support direct from Daikin, not available to standard installers. We have priority access to information and advice and for ordering replacement parts. That means, no matter the problem, we can get your system back up and running in no time.
