Our maintenance division for Specialist Close Control, CMM, Calibration and Clean Rooms, covers the width and breadth of the UK (including Scotland) allowing us to provide you with the expertise you need to ensure your rooms continue to operate as designed.

We work in close conjunction with you, in order to design a completely tailored close control room. We take care of every detail including all building works, mechanical and electrical services, as well as the specialist air cooling and humidity engineering that we have extensive expertise in designing and installing. Our 20 years of technical experience enables us to provide precise temperature and humidity control.
Our expertise and back-up service doesn’t end when the room is commissioned. We offer a full range of breakdown and maintenance plans for these rooms, whether your close control room is needed for a specialist measurement or research and development facility, data centre, operating theatre or telecommunications server, we can design the exact room your industry requires.
Given the specialist nature and importance to the operations of these rooms, regular specialist maintenance is required (and recommended by TEK) in order for these rooms to continue to deliver the design specification, to include full filter cleaning/changing and re-calibration to ensure that the rooms are still performing as intended. This is delivered by our specialist team of engineers.
We also offer one off service visits as well – irrespective of whether the room was installed by us or not. We have extensive experience of designing and building Close Control, Cleanroom, Thermal rooms and CMM room facilities to very tight temperature and humidity control for many blue chip plc clients, including Rolls Royce plc and Renishaw plc.
