The following terms and conditions may be varied (by mutual agreement in writing) prior to the commencement of works.
1. All contracts shall be governed by English law.
2. Credit facilities will be granted to approved clients, terms by mutual agreement. New clients seeking credit facilities may be subject to credit checks and may be required to provide trade / bankers references.
3. Where a deposit is sought prior to commencement of works, the value of such deposit will be credited against the invoice or first interim claim(s).
4. Title of all materials, plant etc. shall remain with Total Environmental Kooling Ltd. until payment for said goods is received in full.
5. Payment of Total Environmental Kooling Ltd. invoices shall be due no later than fourteen days from date on invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
