As an independent contracting company, we have the added advantage of an excellent
choice of manufacturers’ products to work with. We are able to provide schemes for
all mechanical and electrical building services.
As HVCA members, and staff with CIBSE
(Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers) association we are able to offer
savings to Architects, Developers and Clients compared to using separate Consultants.
We
carry our own PI Insurance cover, designing to all current Building Regulations standards
and using the latest and most appropriate manufacturers’ equipment.
Prior to using
any new items of equipment there is always an in-house evaluation and approval with
the manufacturers to clearly consider new technology and any risk, with most importantly
quality and after sales back up.
We do not promote any items or manufacturer who
do not deliver or respond efficiently in respect of after sales support. With most
projects, we will offer a limited 5-year Warranty.

Where required we offer Special Projects for most aspects of mechanical and electrical services. We actively promote the use of sustainable technology in design and materials.

Design
Computer Aided Design
Where appropriate, computer generated designs will be submitted for approval at each stage prior to installation. At TEK we consider the computer to be a design aid, not an end in itself; personal contact and discussion in the starting point.
If we consider that the product or system you are looking to purchase is not right for the application, we will tell you why and discuss with you possible options to achieve the end result before commencing any design work on your behalf.
