TEK Property Services provides cost effective Air Conditioning Repairs, Servicing and Planned Maintenance contracts, irrespective of the original installer.
We use highly trained and experienced engineers in providing an efficient and cost effective service.
Our maintenance division covers Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Swindon, and surrounding areas.
TEK Property Services offers a Managed Maintenance Contract to Clients, which is designed to provide scheduled maintenance and servicing of the total plant, irrespective of the original installer, and is backed up with regular detailed reports on all work carried out. We also can provide an ‘on-site resident engineer’ package contract, tailored to suit requirements.
TEK can also offer one-off breakdown repairs and fault finding service for air conditioning equipment.
Air conditioning Assessments
Air conditioning systems with a cumulative effective rated output of greater than 12kW required an Air Conditioning Inspection report by 4 January 2011. Failure to put these in place can lead to prosecutions and fines levied by the Government.
Air conditioning systems that were first put into service on or after 1 January 2008 must have their first inspection completed within 5 years of the date they were first put into service.
We are qualified to carry out Air Conditioning Energy Assessments (ACEA). These can be carried out quickly, efficiently and are competitively priced .

We offer planned service contracts to include cleaning, filter changes etc in order to keep the equipment performing to maximum efficiency and reduce breakdowns.
Planned Maintenance
Air Conditioning Inspections
These are now a legal requirement. We have trained staff who can perform these either for single site or multi location environments. We can also carry these out at the time of maintenance and associated routine activities such as maintenance and F-Gas inspections for economy.
