As an independent contracting company, Total Environmental Kooling have the added
advantage of an excellent choice of manufacturers’ products to work with. We are
able to provide schemes for all mechanical and electrical building services.
As HVCA
members, and staff with CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers)
association we are able to offer savings to Architects, Developers and Clients compared
to using separate Consultants.
We carry our own PI Insurance cover, designing to all
current Building Regulations standards and using the latest and most appropriate
manufacturers’ equipment.
We do not promote any items or manufacturer who do not
deliver or respond efficiently in respect of after sales support. With most projects,
we will offer a limited 5-year Warranty.
Special Projects
Total Environmental Kooling have significant expertise in more complex design and build projects. We have undertaken many clean room and close control room projects for multinational organisations, with the overall room and environments working within very rigorous temperature and humidity limits. Where required we offer Special Projects for most aspects of mechanical and electrical services and have in many cases provided the entire “clean room” itself including all building services. We actively promote the use of sustainable technology in design and materials.

Design
Computer Aided Design
Where appropriate, computer generated designs will be submitted for approval at each stage prior to installation. At TEK we consider the computer to be a design aid, not an end in itself; personal contact and discussion is the starting point.
If we consider that the product or system you are looking to purchase is not right for the application, we will tell you why and discuss with you possible options to achieve the end result before commencing any design work on your behalf.
